Program Details

• You will earn 50% commission on all up front sales at any price point after credit card processing fees have been applied to the sale.
• Commissions are paid on the 1st weekday of every month via Paypal.
• Commissions are applied to your account after the 30 day money back guarnatee has expired.
• All Commissions are paid by Ask InfoMedia, the Company that owns IMSherpa.

Affiliate Dashboard

• The affiliate dashboard will contain marketing materials (email, banners, tweets, etc.) for you to use in the promotion of IMSherpa.
• New materials will be added on an ongoing basis as needed.
• You are free to create your own materials as long as you abide by the following guideline.

Affiliate Program Guidelines

• You may not, under any circumstances, use SPAM techniques to promote IMSherpa.
• NO EMAIL SPAM – All email lists must be 100% Opt-in with no exceptions.
• NO Twitter Spam – Use readily accepted practices when promoting on Twitter.
• NO Facebook Spam – Use readily accepted practices when promoting on Facebook.
• No SPAM at All on any Social Media, Social Networking, or Social Bookmarking Site.
• You must include Affiliate Disclaimers per the FTC Advertising Guidelines.
• Do not send Junk (Unqualified) Traffic to IMSherpa.
• Be Open, Honest, and Above Board with your promotion of IMSherpa. There is nothing to hard sell. We will do our best at giving them the value they deserve.
• By signing up for the IMSherpa Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the “Affiliate Program Guidelines.”
